Last month, I was circling Bangkok city looking for coffee. At that time I intended to buy authentic coffee beans from Thailand. I'm very curious about the taste of coffee from various countries, because I happen to be in Bangkok, what's wrong with trying coffee from this white elephant country?

That afternoon, the city of Bangkok was raining, I was still looking for some coffee shops that sell coffee beans grown by this country's coffee farmers, moreover Thailand is famous for its fertile soil, fruit and vegetables which are of very good quality, I thought that the coffee would also be has no less good quality.

Unfortunately for me, after walking for 1 hour, around the city of Bangkok, I could not find a coffee shop that sells roasted beans, maybe also because of the limited information I have. I was recommended to go to Starbuck, but I'm sure they don't sell real roast beans from Thailand. Still trying to find out, until finally I felt tired and saw there was an Amazon Café merchant located on Khaosan Road.

I've given up on looking for roast beans, I think it's better if I buy coffee brewed by the barista, I thought. Then I stood in front of the cashier, wanted to order a cup of coffee but I saw several boxes displayed right in front of the cashier, the boxes were a pack of drip coffee sold by Café Amazon. The original instant coffee made by this coffee shop, it seems very interesting to buy and make souvenirs for my friends.

I didn't end up buying a cup of coffee, but I did buy 3 boxes of Amazon Signature Drip Fresh Coffee. This is one of the superior products of this coffee shop, Café Amazon is a coffee shop merchant that has many branches in Thailand. One of the pride of Thai people. There are many branches and one of them is in the Khaosan Road area.

Arriving in Indonesia, I opened a box for me to try at home. This is the first time I brew coffee that has a packaging like this. Actually, I often see this form of coffee filter, but I've never tried it myself. I always like filtered coffee from the V60 or filtered coffee like tea in general.

The first time I opened the box, I saw 6 packages that were still wrapped neatly. At first I thought this was ground coffee in the packaging, and when I opened the second package, the smell of coffee spread widely in my kitchen. I boil the water at maximum temperature so that I can brew this coffee really well, I put the coffee with a filter and I brew it in my cup according to the instructions on the back of the package. I read carefully so that I don't make a mistake in brewing it, fortunately the instructions on the packaging were translated into two languages, Thai and English.

This coffee is brewed at 92-96 degrees Celsius with 150 ml of water, then waited for 20 seconds so you can enjoy it really well. Instantly my kitchen returned to a very deep coffee smell, I was even afraid that my neighbors would sniff out the smell of this coffee and ask me for a cup of coffee.

At first glance, from the smell alone, this coffee has good quality, as well as the dark color, according to the writing on the packaging, medium to dark. I'm waiting for this coffee to cool down a little, so my tongue doesn't burn. Then throw away the coffee filter so it doesn't interfere with the aesthetics of the coffee in the glass. For the first time I tried coffee from Café Amazon, it was quite unique. I tasted good coffee even though it is instant coffee. Usually instant coffee doesn't taste that good, but this time the coffee from the cafe amazon has the same taste as the barista brewed it.

I took a second sip, this time it tasted like a slightly strong americano, perfect for accompanying work, my eyes were also very sharp and fresh instantly. I so regret buying only 3 boxes, and I only have one box for myself to enjoy. Do I have to go to Bangkok again to buy more? ahahahaha
