Hello, friends, fungi lovers, and community members! I hope you are all doing well and enjoying your time. This post is my small contribution to the #fungi-Friday community by @ewkaw.

Recently, while walking in our favorite forest, Bøkeskogen, after the hurricane Amy, we noticed quite a mess many trees had fallen, and branches from the birch trees were scattered everywhere. However, the caretakers of the forest were very active; they worked hard to clean up the area and opened paths for those who love to walk there regularly. Normally, we enjoy this forest and visit often, but we have never for mushroom hunting there.

This time, the forest was more open, making it easy to see everything around us. In one spot, we discovered some porcelain hat mushrooms on a broken tree. As we continued walking, we found many large mushrooms called Sandsopp scattered here and there. In one corner, I was surprised to see some beautiful Fly agaric Amanita muscaria mushrooms, which had been spared even though some nearby trees had fallen.

Wow I have never seen anything like that mushroom in my life. It would be amazing to see in front of me. It looks like a table for a small creature.
