Some Yoga Fun Today
Doing Yoga is always fun, but doing it in a different style makes it all the more interesting. Last month I got to know of a class which is very near to my home. I have been looking out for one since quite some time and I was not able to find anything as per my convenience. Finally there is one and I did not waste time to join it. It's been 2 weeks with the class and I am having so much fun once again with my ropes. The first 2 session were more of practice, because I got my hands on it after more then 6 months. After that I was fine again and got used to it.
I have been focusing on strength building in this class so my instructor is also making me do variations accordingly.
This particular plank pose is good for gaining strength in the hands and also the core. It looks simple but trust me holding for half a minute in the very first time was a challenge, my legs started shaking up after that and I could not do it more then half a minute, gradually I increased the time.
This is a very simple one balancing pose. The class is always mix of some difficult and some simple ones.
This particular one is for balancing strength. It is not very difficult and nor very easy also. Getting into it brings a little challenge but the final pose is very relaxing.
From here on you go down. I can also let myself go lose without touching the ground. The challenge in this pose is not the swing going down, though that is also not very simple, but the greater challenge here is coming up again, and to be honest I needed support of my instructor to do that.
I really enjoy working on the ropes, it gives me kind of a kick and power. The good part is right now I am the only student in the class so I get personal attention, it becomes a personalized session for me, the instructor works with me for what I would like to. In general also there are not many who wants to join this class, so it's better for me. If there are too many in the class then the instructor's attention also gets divided and you will not be able to get perfection in the poses. Thankfully now I can continue for a longer time since the classes are very near to my home.

Yoga is so interesting, relaxing and helps with balance and I wish it's possible to do it in a group. The rop thing looks really fun

It has been long I went for my yoga classes really miss it. Yoga is always fun especially when you are doing it with funny people
When you do it in group the class does get funny at times, but I like to do it individually, less distraction then :-)
