Hello Hivers 💕💘,

At this point in time there are a lot of activities setting in on the farm. And there are also so many observations to see and to also take note of. When you plant a crop on a piece of land or using any planting device, you should know that its always come with different types of perspective. This perspective also will highlight a lot of advantage or disadvantages to farmers. While you also plans you should also foresee what thing that should be done on the farm that will make more profit or more progress to come your way as a farmer. When I was on the farm I noticed that there are more of the perforated the leaves which showed a lot of attack by the insect or other animals. In this case it may also be some small snails.

This small snails always walk on the farm at night mostly. I already know what I'm talking about. When it is late in the evening you always see them in multiple roaming about the cultivated crops. This will also motivate their entring and climbing of cultivated green vegetables or any type of succulent plant. I have found them so many times and to some reasonable extent I did a lot of positive changes but over time they also feed on the cultivated Crops.

Mere even looking at the perforated leaves you see that there are some insects that feed on them and also lay eggs. I found this and it is a very tiny insect called butterfly. This butterfly enjoy just lay on the surface of the green vegetables and to me it has a lot of meaning. Whenever they leave they are always some changes instantly or within few days. That means that they also lay eggs to feed on the green vegetables for Survival. I took some pictures of few of them that I saw on the farm and also some of the activities that is going on on the farm as well.

  • This is a clearer view of the picture of the butterfly. They jump, they fly from one place to another within the short range. And they also lay eggs to activate them within few days.

They do not only feed on the green vegetables they also act on the crops like the cassava potato eggplant and so on. The eggplant and it case is extremely High, maybe because of the nature of the plant I don't know if the leaves are sweet for consumption. But the act more on eggplant and other green vegetables.

The Maize I cultivated are doing great at the moment but I pray that they will not be affected with this. They also react very easily to any pest and diseases.

  • The MAIZE 🌽🌽 I planted is not too much so that I can actually control them in case of any pest and diseases attack. But I pray I do not face this at all till the reach the maturity stage.

Like you all know that I engage in the manual tools. The hoes and cutlasses. The kids are also present but I did not capture them. They also find their own means to weed one way or the other. Which is very educative and interesting.

This brings back memories of when I tried growing eggplants in our backyard during the rainy season. Those little snails and leaf-eating bugs really don’t give up! 😅
