Hello Hivers ๐Ÿ’˜๐Ÿ’•,

The nightcrawler animals. They have different names in which they are being called and one of the common name is called the Snail ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿš.. In different types of country we have them ranging from 1 to another in the sense that when you travel from the west African Nigeria to other part of the world you see this particular animal in different sizes and shapes. This may be absolutely different from the ones you already know or from the ones you already see before knowledge of how to really identify them even at night. They are called the nightcrawlers because mostly they move about the soil at night. And this is why I went out and I saw some of them along my pathway.

Like I said earlier it may differ from the one you are saying in this particular article but the fact still remains that it is called the nightcrawler. And I would like to know different names that is being called in your own language or country down in the comment sections. In some States here in Nigeria you can never see them moving about from one agricultural land to another whereas States or villages or town, you see them moving freely and walking majestically finding what they are going to eat or even mating at night. With the researchers I made and with the experiment I found I concluded that they are mating hour or time is mainly at night. This nightcrawler also find their daily bread at night I've seen some of them eating the green grasses and also green vegetables vigorously at night and this is to show that they are more active at night. I took some pictures when I went out to the farm to the Poultry section and I saw some of this snails moving across my pathway.

  • The moving around of this animals are very uncommon although it is what you see that you can tell. First and foremost, I was on my way to the Poultry section of the farm when I looked closely and I found few of them at first. I wasn't so surprised to see them and I brought out my camera to take the pictures.

They are also of different types such that some of them may look extremely too small you look extremely medium and also some extremely too big. It depends on individual luck. You may be working along any pathway at night and you may see those ones that are much more bigger than this, it varies a lot.

  • Looking closely with the few animals you can see in this article they are always showing their antenna moving here and there, this is a sign that most of them are super active. Whichever way you want it snails and some other crawling animals exhibit more of their nature at night. I also once walked up to a particular moment where I took the pictures as well. I saw the snails mated together also on my pathway.

  • I also took some pictures when I got to the farm to dropped those ones I picked up later at night. You can see and view them absolutely enjoying their moment.

If you are about to go to this type of farming system, you also need to take so many things into consideration. The feeding aspect of it. The housing aspect of it. The record keeping aspect of it is highly necessary and important.

That is fascinating. The shape of the snails shell is like sea shells. In New Zealand we have giant snails called Powelliphanta, and also Kauri snail. The Powelliphanta can grow as big as a fist. Amazing creatures thanks for sharing.
