A couple of great green macaw (Ara ambiguus). 🐦🐦🐦

Hello hivers, an happy Thursday to you all!
The sky over my city is full of white clouds and so is not too hot to enjoy a little time outside in my backyard. The fruits on my plum tree are almost ready to eat and I can't wait to cook a good jam with them. ❤️

A couple of days ago, while I was walking along the streets in the center of my city with some friends, I watched a couple of wonderful Ara Ambiguus on the shoulders of a woman. It was not the first time I met that woman, because she lives in my city since many years and she uses to walk outside with a Ara on the shoulder. As you can understand, it's not so common here to see someone with an Ara on the shoulder and, sure, for all of us it was the first time to watch someone with 2 Ara walking along the streets.
People asked her about those beautiful parrots and she said one of them is with her since around 20 years, while she welcomed the second one just around one year ago. Both of them came from a shelter to her home and watching them together it seems there is a lot of love between them. The first one uses to stay quiet close to her, the second one has a sort of leash to teach it to stay close when they are walking.

They are very friendly with people and it seems they love to be the subjects of the pics.
