Cuando la Risa Cura el Cansancio / When Laughter Cures Tiredness ESP-ING

Saludos tengan mis amigos de HIVE y LIKETU
Hoy ni sabia que les iba a publicar porque eh tenido un día difícil en el trabajo y la cabeza para lo menos que la tenia en ese momento era para pensar , creo que el estrés de la faena laboral me trastornó un poco.
Simplemente me senté en el patio de mi casa a respirar un poco aire fresco y sentir el sonido del silencio y con esa tranquilidad solo me quede ahí un rato ,hasta que llego mi hermana a hacerme compañía y a fastidiarme un poco con sus bromas ,creo que esa fue la mejor medicina para mi estrés.
Entre risa y risa se me fue pasando el mal humor, y sin darme cuenta ya me sentía mucho mejor. A veces uno solo necesita un momento de calma y alguien que te saque una sonrisa sin pedir nada a cambio.
No todo en la vida es trabajo, también hay que aprender a soltar y a darse un respiro.
Hoy entendí que hasta los días pesados tienen su parte bonita si sabemos mirar con el corazón.

Today, I didn't even know I was going to post because I had a tough day at work, and all I could think about at the time was thinking. I think the stress of work messed with my head a bit.
I simply sat on my patio to breathe some fresh air and feel the sound of silence. With that tranquility, I just stayed there for a while, until my sister came to keep me company and tease me a little with her jokes. I think that was the best medicine for my stress.
Between laughs, my bad mood gradually passed, and without realizing it, I felt much better. Sometimes you just need a moment of calm and someone to make you smile without asking for anything in return.
Not everything in life is work; you also have to learn to let go and take a break.
Today I realized that even tough days have their beautiful side if we know how to look at them with our hearts.
