Limited Edition baseball hat which was promptly eaten by a dog, unfortunately. Designs are unique and limited, so there wasn't any to replace it during the time of my stay! Very good coffee on offer too.
Custom parts for sale lined out on presentation tables like a designer clothing boutique, for motorcycles. There's also nice rugs with insanely nicely custom bikes sitting on them. Most are for sale, for a price !
Outside, many bikes pass on this busy section of road in Bali. Across the street, greenery and a couple more km to reach the beach.
A 'cafe racer' modified BMW, which looks authentically like something that could have come from the factory, yet it's based on those big K100 police style bikes with lots of fenders. The entire bodywork is made from scratch.

A radical makeover for (I believe) a Honda MSX, and mods to create good off-road capabilities.
Deep inside the inner sanctum of SMOKED (backwards k) Garage .... there is a lot of very serious 2 wheelers out here, Some in for work from customers some in build and some complete for sale to those who have the means.
The kawasaki W175 is a modern small bike with a retro, cafe-racer feel out of the box. No surprises then it became a hit with SMOKED for customizing.

From my trip pre-pandemic, visiting one of the most impressive custom bike garages i found in Bali - 'SMOKED' Garage. The pictures speak a thousand words, as there were so many excellent machines featured here. This seemed a theme on the island, there was more than a few shops building highly customized motorcycles. Many purely for the looks, yet more also for off-roading and adventures on the many trials and dirt-roads Bali and neighboring islands such as Lombok have to offer. A few firm ideas were added to the bucket list, to one day return and do some travel adventures on custom off-road cafe-racers!

Wow!! Smoked garage looks ver fancy! I’m not a big fan of motorcycles, but definitely this is THE place if you like the topic, even more if you are visiting Bali and suddenly you find this!
