Jiffy to Giffy that One Time

Back in September 2018 was the last time Tiffany and I participated in the Orangetheory Fitness Dri-Tri and this particular leg was the relay.

Tiffa and I had already done the individual and when the opportunity came up to do the relay as a three member team, we jumped at the chance; because we were going to have Gina (I call her G-MAC) was going to our partner.

G-MAC is a beast when it comes to running, so:

the 2000m row was done by Tiffany
I did the 300 rep count on the weight floor
and the 5K was ran by Gina.

When you do it as an individual, you do all three. Yikes. Yup, it's beast mode.

Our home studio at the time (The Creek - OTF Hunters Creek) was electric and we had a magnificent time and although we didn't place first; we were top three and proud to have completed the Dri-Tri Relay with G-MAC!

For that one day Team Jimmy (Jimmy and Tiffany) was Team Giffy (Gina, Jimmy and Tiffany) and Gina was stoked about it: "Thank you so much for the motivation Team Giffy! ❤️"

Tiffany and I only have to complete the sprint, which is half of everything mentioned above and it was planned to be done before all the physical issues crept up from COVID, to leg injuries and of course the car accident.

OTF just had this year's round of Dri-Tri events completed this past weekend and why the photos I uploaded for this post, came up in my timeline. So no way, was we anywhere near prepared to compete this year. We'll get it done in 2023.
