Back to Back OTF Catch A Coach workouts for Tiffany and me this weekend. We love when we can get to workout for an OTF Coach for the first time and if we can do it on back to back days it's even better! That usually happens when we travel, the chance of getting to workout for back to back coaches for the first time outside of Central Florida is usually easier to do.

This morning we drove out to OTF Windermere which is about 45 minutes from us like yesterday when we went to OTF Altamonte which was just as far but in the other direction.

Today's high intensity interval training session was also day eleven of the Twelve Days of Fitness. Tiffany and I completed the required six of six sessions of the challenge which Tiffa and I did a few days ago, but with tomorrow's workkout we would have done ten out of twelve of the workouts.

Coach Stephanie is our 213th ORANGETHEORY FITNESS and she was another young wave of coaches with a burst of energy and obviously whoever trained them have done a great job. The last handful of coaches that we have worked out for that are from that new wave have been very good at their job.

My stats was much better yesterday and honestly, I struggled today. My knee is going through a rough patch and a few other nagging injuries are weighing me down a bit. It's how I'm ending the year where I physically crush a workout and have to go all in mental and heart the others. I may struggle, but working out under the orange lights is too important for me and my fitness.

========
Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community matched up well with Coach Stephanie based on our positive energies for the brand and the workout.

Great work Jimmy and Tiffany!
Jimmy be easy on yourself because you don't want to reinjure yourself.
I'm proud of you though.
Because of my age I sometimes have do things spread out and take a day off in between.
I'm not telling you what to do. Just giving a tip.
Have a great day and evening.
Barb 😊

Thanks Barb.

It’s the life I lead. COVID, a car accident and a bad hamstring pull took me out for weeks or months at a time, so it takes a lot lol.

For now, it’s managed until my body gives out 🤪

Hope your knee starts feeling better soon, Jimmy. Great job pushing through your workout. I started taking Turmeric capsules for my knees over a year ago. I was asking my Doctor when I had my physical about Glucosamine and he told me to try the Turmeric. The stairs in my Dad's house are spaced differently from the stairs we had in the apartment. Never even realized that something like that would make a difference. But I was having to walk slowly up and down two flights of stairs from the top floor where our bedroom and office is in the house to the basement where the kitchen and family room are. Not good. I started the turmeric because I tried a knee brace and they won't stay up on my legs. It didn't take long to have a positive impact and it has helped immensely. I get the ones I take at Sam's club but you can probably find them anywhere they sell Vitamins and Supplements. And they don't mess with your cholesterol like Glucosamine might.
