Aún me mantengo bien, pero algunos miembros de mi familia no tanto. La verdad, no hay mucho que contar, tengo el “modo enfermera” activado.

Pero incluso en los días más duros, mis plantas siguen siendo mi pequeño refugio. Las miro y siento que me recuerdan respirar profundo, continuar, tomarlo con calma. Ellas, tan muy bonitas y vivas, me hacen compañía sin exigir nada.

Así que esta entrada es solo para recordar que, incluso cuando no hay grandes historias que contar, el cuidado de uno mismo y de quienes amamos también es esencial.
