Today’s trip to the beach was refreshing. The past few weeks have been heavy, and I haven’t really felt relaxed. There’s been this constant pressure, and I knew a change of environment would do me a world of good. Luckily, that change finally came today, and it was everything I expected.

Especially visiting the beach, the cool, strong wind felt like it was blowing some of those pressures and steam away, the loud waves seemed to reassure me in their own language and suprisingly I got the messsge.
Watching the ocean felt like therapy. I got lost in the endlessness of it. How can something be scary and beautiful at the same time?

Watching the waves constantly hit the shore, gaining new ground with every stronger wave, felt magical. What’s the science behind it? How can the timing be so accurate? I guess some questions never get answered😃

La excursión de hoy a la playa ha sido muy refrescante. Las últimas semanas han sido muy duras y no me he sentido nada relajado. He tenido una presión constante y sabía que un cambio de aires me vendría de perlas. Por suerte, ese cambio por fin ha llegado hoy y ha sido tal y como esperaba.

Especialmente al visitar la playa, el viento fresco y fuerte parecía llevarse consigo parte de esa presión y ese estrés; las olas, con su estruendo, parecían tranquilizarme en su propio idioma y, sorprendentemente, capté el mensaje.
Contemplar el océano fue como una terapia. Me perdí en su infinitud. ¿Cómo puede algo dar miedo y ser hermoso al mismo tiempo?

Ver cómo las olas golpeaban constantemente la orilla, ganando terreno con cada ola más fuerte, me pareció mágico. ¿Cuál es la ciencia que hay detrás de esto? ¿Cómo puede ser tan preciso el timing? Supongo que algunas preguntas nunca se responden😃
