SPRINGTIME IN THE BAY

You can see a moth caterpillar in this opening photograph. Can't tell you the exact species.

Here you can take a look at the green foliage on a sunny morning. The photograph was taken relatively late in the morning.

This is an early morning scene. Three droplets on the leaf of some herbaceous plant.

Here you can take a look at the nicely lit foliage of the hornbeam tree.

This is the diurnal Amata phegea moth.

Here you can enjoy another green dose of foliage. Hope you like this generic greenery. :>)

I'm more focused and less generic in this shot. Here you can see the soft, edible top of the shoot of the wild asparagus plant, which in scientific circles goes by the name of Asparagus acutifolius.

These shoots can grow pretty tall and have a snake-like appearance.

I used to pick them very often back then in 2015.

And here, at the end of this short walk down memory lane, you can take one last look at the generic green foliage that covers most of my springtime memories.
Today's photographs were taken near the harbor, on the small peninsula in the bay of Medulin, my hometown. The year was 2015. The early springtime of that year.

Great!
Thank you. 🙂 The camera was low quality but the plants and animals, fortunately, look good even when photographed with poor equipment.
You found beautiful insect and wonderful view. Nice photography

These caterpillars are so pretty, every time I find them all I do is pick them up and put them in my hand, because of the soft texture, I love when they move in my hand.
You always surprise me with amazing photos.
The shots looked good my friend @borjan , you do an amazing job taking these pictures. The caterpillar looks nice I like its color. Regards.
