Springtime Vibes

"I'd rather not eat 400 calories, thinking about how I have to burn them off later," is a fitness quote that I love and intend to incorporate into my subconscious mind - because that's where all the action happens.
However, I did the opposite recently. I ate a lot last night, which made it difficult for me to sleep well. Consequently, I had to walk a lot to feel better. I enjoyed it, but I prefer not to have to compensate for overeating with excessive exercise.
Today, I woke up at 7 AM and went out for a power walk at 8 AM. Luckily, the weather is fantastic today, with plenty of sunshine and a temperature that is expected to reach 20 degrees Celsius soon.
After my power walk and breakfast, some friends called me to go out. We ended up at a newly renovated restaurant near the Danube, which had a fantastic view. We stayed there for a couple of hours, basking in the sun, before I returned home to cook lunch and do some more cleaning. Although I don't like cleaning, it's essential since I'll be celebrating Easter tomorrow and want a clean house. Fortunately, I only have the kitchen left to clean, so it shouldn't take me long.
That's about it from my side for now. I hope you all have a fantastic and sunny Saturday, and I'll see you next time.
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian

Keep burning those extra calories. Great photos BTW. Have a blissful day ahead
Thanks. Wish you the same.
Thanks
Amazing, beautiful photos, greetings!😍
Thanks. Have a nice day!
Yo, looking pretty dope my friend. The quote resonates with me because I've been on the cut for the last couple months.
The thing about over eating and then compensating with more exercise is that it turns into a flywheel vicious cycle and possibly a bad relationship with food - which is never good.
On the plus side, we all need to just get out more, and spend less time being sedentary. Whether that's for mental health or physical.
I feel like I am always on a bulk.
I would like to have the motivation to burn calories too D:
All of these photos look amazing. The last one is simply spectacular, the water looks beautiful and not to mention the sky... the photo has an amazing composition.
Just get moving and you will burn them.
