Rainy day cravings solved with comfort food and family bonding.

With good food, our stomachs are happy.

Last Sunday, we planned to go out and eat at SM Mall Rosario, Cavite, but because of the heavy rain we stayed home instead. We bought some food and enjoyed a simple family bonding . We had pizza, ordered chicken from Jollibee for the kids and grilled a little pork. We ate together. Even though we stayed home, it was still a happy day.

My Quick and Easy Homemade Salad.

I also bought some lettuce and made a salad with corn, apple, cucumber and mango. I added a little cheese and the sauce was just honey, all-purpose cream and mayonnaise. It was simple to make but tasted so good. I make it often because it is my son’s favorite.
