Back to De Schammer with my new toy

Two days ago i received my new lens and today i took it outside to test the abilities of this particular lens.

I posted the unpacking and first impressions here :
https://ecency.com/hive-14396/@stresskiller/my-new-toy-is-finally

This morning after dropping the wife of at work i decided to go back to a nature reserve nearby called "De Schammer" .

I've been there before over a months ago with a Sigma 150-500mm lens
and posted the images here : https://ecency.com/hive-14396/@stresskiller/discovering-a-new-walking-photography

Today however we will go in to that area with a completely differend lens namely the LAOWA FF 15mm F4.5 Macro1:2 .

A wide angle macro lens , having done all kinds of macro photography over the years a new challenge is always a welcome thing for the creative mind .

I will number the photos so it wil be easier to ask questions about them or comment on them below the post .

All images are created with the Sony A7II camera .

1 ) When i parked the car i noticed something shinny in the hedge , it was a spider web covered the complete top layer of the hedge.

22 )

F22 1/250 ISO: 200

23 ) testing the 10-point sunstars at F22 , seems to work will try more of this with some night photography during the weekend.

Your new lens has worked perfectly, all the photographs are amazing and beautiful, especially those where there are rays of sunlight as the main feature, but also those where there are reflections on the water, clear, sharp and with beautiful contrasts and colours. With a tripod, you will surely take even better photographs of that beautiful pond, and one of my favourites is number 7, the golden grass. Numbers 16 and 21 are spectacular views of nature.

It has been a great composition, I loved it. Thank you very much!

Some superb captures there, especially the spiders web. Have you used a drone before ?

Thank you Steve , no i have been looking at drones but the paperwork that comes with it and the price they cost to use my current camera and lenses is not funny .

After all, through your great and hard work, this deep forest is amazing. Yes, it is true that with a macro camera, you can take pictures year after year. I am thinking of a trip where I can enjoy such deep forests and beautiful roads with amazing views of nature. I am just continuing my efforts. But I am trying to focus completely on the trip.
