#Monomad Challenge - ...more than just a walk in the park

Good afternoon, #Monomad friends

Here is my entry for the #monomad contest by @brumest and @monochromes.

It may seem exactly the same.

The same place, the same park benches.

The same trees.

But if we really think about it, the moment is unique.

That shadow, those people—they’ve never been in that place at that exact time.

Everything is unique.

Even our breathing may follow a rhythm, but every inhale and exhale is unique.

It will never happen again.

And that is the beauty of life.

We must take advantage of the opportunity we have today to see the sun. To leave the house, without being preoccupied with other things, and simply go for a walk in the park. Much more than it seems. Much simpler than we make it out to be. Life unfolding.

And we are invited at every moment to be part of it and to observe an infinite and unrepeatable dance.

A walk in the park near your home is always good... for me, it's Parc La Fontaine in Montreal. It clears your head after a long day.
Have a wonderful week
