Strolling along the canal

Near the house where I stayed in Berlin, there's a canal (about 30 meters at most). If you walk along the canal's banks, you can reach the Spree River near Central Station.

I used to go there when I didn't have any planned routes and would distract myself by looking at and taking photos of the boats passing through it, the people who came there to chat, take photos, read, or simply relax and enjoy the scenery.

I'm sharing a sample of the photos I took there, where you can see the canal, the green areas along its banks, boats docked at small piers, people, and other things I liked.

To take the photos, I used two Canon manual prime lenses: a 50mm f/1.4 and a 135mm f/3.5.

Cerca de la casa donde me quedé en Berlín hay un canal, (a unos 30 metros como máximo). Si caminas por la orilla del canal puedes llegar hasta el Rio Spree, cerca de la Estación Central.

A ese lugar acostumbraba a ir cuando no tenía ningún recorrido previsto y me distraía mirando y haciendo fotos a las embarcaciones que transitan por el, a las personas que allí van a conversar, hacer fotos, leer, o simplemente a descansar y disfrutar del paisaje.

Les comparto una muestra de las fotos que allí hice, donde puede verse el canal, las áreas verdes que hay en sus orillas, embarcaciones atracadas en pequeños muelles, personas y otras cosas que me gustaron.

Para hacer las fotos utilicé dos objetivos fijos manuales Canon: un 50mm f/1.4 y un 135mm f/3.5.
