Just bricks!

Oberbaum gate
I was looking through my photo archive for some photos to upload today and found several that follow a pattern: They're of buildings built with exposed bricks. Although more recent constructions use other types of materials, such as metal and glass, I could see many buildings constructed this way. such as metal and glass.
Believe me, these buildings add a touch of elegance to the city with their bright colors, usually orange, red, and yellow. But what impresses me most about them is the perfection of the placement of those bricks, respecting order and symmetry. Maybe I'm not used to seeing such perfection and harmony in buildings in my country. I can't help but wonder how they were able to do it that way because many of those buildings are quite tall.
At first, I thought this was an obsolete construction technique, but nothing could be further from the truth. I was able to find modern buildings made of bricks but combined with metal and glass elements.
I saw all kinds of buildings in this style: homes, shops, public offices, health centers, but especially churches. There are many such churches scattered throughout Berlin.
