Monomad: Photographs in the water - with Mariale [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy Friday, dear friends of the community and lovers of black and white photography, how are you today? For me it has been a bit of a hectic week, but quite a good one and I hope it has been for you too. Today I want to continue sharing some of the pictures I took with my friend Mariale, I hope you enjoy them.

Feliz viernes, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de las fotografías en blanco y negro, ¿cómo se encuentran el día de hoy? Para mí ha sido una semana un poco agitada, pero bastante buena y espero que para ustedes también lo haya sido. Hoy quiero seguir compartiendo algunas de las fotografías que hice junto a mi amiga Mariale, espero que las disfruten.

I had always wanted to take pictures in a pool, this with the sole intention of taking advantage of the reflection that is generated in the water and luckily I could make the kind of pictures I wanted, not in a pool, but in a river, also taking advantage of the natural space and its beauty.

Siempre había tenido ganas de hacer fotografías en alguna piscina, esto con la única intención de aprovechar el reflejo que se genera en el agua y por suerte pude hacer el tipo de fotografías que quería, no en una piscina, pero sí en un río, aprovechando también el espacio natural y su belleza.

It is interesting how by adding some elements in the photographs you can get interesting results and by this I mean the reflections, this was one of the reasons why I wanted to take pictures like this, the reflection adds and makes contrast with the rest of the background, it seems to me a great way to take advantage of the water and generate a more striking environment.

Es interesante el cómo al agregar algunos elementos en las fotografías se pueden obtener resultados interesantes y con esto me refiero a los reflejos, esta era una de las razones por las cuales quería hacer fotografías así, el reflejo aporta y hace contraste con el resto del fondo, me parece una gran manera de aprovechar el agua y generar un ambiente más llamativo.

Clearly, as we were surrounded by a lot of water, we had to take advantage of it. I took the pictures with fear, I didn't want to fall and ruin my camera, but luckily everything went well. So far this post, thank you very much for stopping by for another day, see you next time!
