Monomad: Natural light and shadows - with Sara [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

There are certain scenarios that can make a simple portrait more magical, more striking, and somehow more fairy tale-like. In this case, I was covering an event, but I was also taking portraits of the participants, and today I want to share with you the ones I took of Sara. I hope you enjoy them.

Hay ciertos escenarios que pueden hacer de un simple retrato algo más mágico, más llamativo y de alguna manera algo más relacionado con un cuento de hadas, en este caso estuve cubriendo un evento, pero también estuve realizando retratos a los participantes y el día de hoy quiero compartirles los que le hice a Sara, espero que los disfruten.

When you find yourself surrounded by trees and it's that time of the afternoon when the sun is still a little strong, you can take advantage of these two aspects: creating shadows to illuminate certain areas of the face and creating more creative and interesting portraits, in my opinion.

Cuando uno se encuentra rodeado de árboles y es ese horario de la tarde en el que el sol está un poco fuerte todavía, se pueden aprovechar bastante estos dos aspectos: el generar sombras para iluminar ciertas zonas del rostro y generar retratos más creativos e interesantes según mi parecer.

Sara is not a model, and since the main goal was to take portraits and highlight her tiara a little, the poses are quite simple, but I must say that I find the first photo with her hands pretending to put on the tiara beautiful, and this is precisely because of what I mentioned about the light and shadows, which make her stand out in certain areas and enhance her beauty, giving her that magical look I mentioned at the beginning.

Sara no es modelo y como el fin principal era hacer retratos y destacar un poco su tiara las poses son bastante sencillas, pero debo decir que la primera foto con sus manos interpretando colocarse la tiara me parece preciosa y esto es justo por lo que mencionaba de la luz y las sombras, la hacen destacar en ciertas zonas y eso realza su belleza dando este aspecto mágico que dije al principio.
