Monomad: High-contrast craftsmanship [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

There is something I really like about black and white photographs, the strong contrast when there is a little light and a lot of shadow. I think it gives them a very cinematic look, which I have always loved. That is why today I am sharing some photographs that I finally managed to take in that style. I hope you enjoy them.

Hay algo que me gusta mucho en las fotografías en blanco y negro, el contraste fuerte cuando hay una ligera luz y mucha sombra, me parece que da un aspecto muy cinematográfico y ese aspecto siempre me ha encantado, por eso el día de hoy les comparto algunas fotografías que por fin logré hacer con ese estilo, espero que las disfruten.

These photos, like the ones I shared last week, are from the gift shop where I was taking some pictures for an event, but this time I focused a little more on some of the handmade items. Craftsmanship is undoubtedly a beautiful art form.

Estas fotos, al igual que las que compartí la semana pasada, son parte de la tienda de regalo donde estuve haciendo algunas fotografías por un evento, pero en esta ocasión me centré un poco más en algunas de las cosas que son hechas a mano. La artesanía sin duda es un arte precioso.

It's clear that my favorite photographs are those where you can see the greater contrast I mentioned at the beginning. I also think I managed to create some interesting compositions to highlight this, placing shadows where they should be and making the most of those few but perfect rays of light.

Es evidente que mis fotografías favoritas son donde se aprecia este mayor contraste que les mencionaba al principio. Además, creo que logré hacer algunas composiciones interesantes para destacar eso, tener sombras donde debían y aprovechar esos rayos de luz escasos, pero perfectos.
