The market as a mirror of a country-Monomad challenge (ENG-ESP)

It had been a while since I had gone out to take photographs, and this time I managed to capture some interesting shots, not only because of the moments, but also because of the light.

Tenía tiempo sin salir a fotografiar, y en esta oportunidad logré capturar fotografías interesantes, no solo por los momentos, sino la luz.

I had wanted to visit this part of the city because it is driven by hard work and is also a showcase of Venezuela's cultural wealth. I have always said that markets are the ideal places to analyze this.

Había querido visitar esta parte de la ciudad, porque es movida por el trabajo arduo, y además que es una muestra de la riqueza cultural de Venezuela. Siempre he dicho que los mercados son los lugares ideales para analizarla.

The economy drives a country, but I'm not just referring to that, but also to how people interact, how they exchange information, etc.

It's not all about the exchange of products and services. That's obvious, but what lies beyond, when you look deeper, is what catches my attention, and capturing it in photography is a habit driven by understanding how we function and why.

La economía mueve un país, pero no me refiero a eso solamente, sino a cómo la gente interactúa, cómo intercambia información, etc.

No todo es el intercambio de productos y servicios. Ya eso es evidente, pero lo que hay más allá al profundizar, es lo que llama mi atención, y capturarlo en la fotografía, es un hábito impulsado por entender cómo funcionamos, y por qué.
