The Garden of Life and Love ESP/ENG

Life is a constant manifestation of things that grow. Love is a plant that must be watered, given sun, shade, and space. If any of these things fail, the plant's growth is harmed, or perhaps not harmed, but at least affected. If none of these needs are met, at some point the plant can have serious conditions that, in some cases, can be severe.

La vida es una manifestación constante de cosas que crecen. El amor es una planta que se debe regar, dar sol, sombra y espacio. Si algunas de esas cosas fallan, el crecimiento de la planta se ve perjudicado o tal vez no perjudicado, pero sí, por lo menos, afectado. Si ninguna de estas necesidades se atiende, en algún momento la planta puede tener afecciones que, en algunos casos, pueden ser graves.

Making analogies or using metaphors is something I enjoy. I like playing with these images and relating them to what I experience. Plants are very beautiful and interesting living beings, and not everyone knows how to care for them, which doesn't have to be an indispensable requirement for life in general, but it's good to know a little about them.

Me gusta hacer analogías o usar metáforas. Me gusta jugar con estas imágenes y darles una relación con lo que yo experimento. Las plantas son seres vivos muy lindos e interesantes y no todas las personas saben cuidar de ellas, cosa que no tiene por qué ser un requisito indispensable para la vida en general, pero es bueno saber de ellas un poco.

Many plants I've had have thrived due to my careful attention, trying to listen to what they need, the amount of water they require, or which spots in my home they like to live in. Learning to keep them alive was something that cost me the lives of some plants.

Love is a bit like that; failed attempts are not entirely failed, but they cost relationships or aspects of the relationship you share with the other person, and sometimes those aspects can't be recovered, and if they are, they don't return to being the same as before.

I don't believe anything should remain static and unchanging over time, but I do think it's important to take care of the plant and respect its life in the most integral way possible.
