Venezuela. Renee Good. Greenland. Door-to-door sweeps in Minneapolis by masked gun thugs. Blackmailing Europe. Man, these Epstein distractions are really starting to get out of hand.
So's the Nazi references for that matter. ICE is the modern day slavecatcher, come to effect a 21st century Trail of Tears. Besides, where do you think the Nazis were getting their ideas from?
No matter you call it, we're living amidst a power grab unfolding in the slow/fast of real time. There's now more federal gunmen in Minneapolis than local cops, the governor has called out the National Guard, and paratroopers are on notice to be deployed, yet the city isn't backing down. And that's just the tip of the ICEberg.
Taco taking it back to 'might makes right,' or trying to at least. Still can't wrap my head around how he expects to rule by naked might in a country with more guns than people. Not to mention the whole strongarming Europe for a new colony.
Wakie wakie, y'all. The bully's doing his best strongman act, but it's a fragile facade. Now don't wake the dotard from his nap or he'll invoke the Insurrection Act on you!
Folks here in Louisville, in Minneapolis, and across this country are calling his bluff.

Everyone talks about the problems in Venezuela, among other things, but they don't want to show the reality that citizens in the United States experience. But, well, the media plays in favor of the most powerful, who claim to have their own version of the truth.
Probably doesn't help that the media is owned by a handful of obscenely wealthy people. Seeing the disconnect between what was being shown to people and the reality on the ground was what made me want to get into photojournalism.
Give them hell!

My fear is that we will end up fighting each other. So many people are blinded (how???) by the man. I think it must be the news silos that color the message and persuade good people that what he is doing is necessary.
A danger to our country and an embarrassment on the world stage. I feel like I have to apologize to people who live in other countries. He is sowing such discord. Dangerous for everyone.
That is my fear and expectation as well. This sort of nonsense doesn't come to an end without something major happening, and whether that something is peaceful, akin to the color revolutions, or bloody and violent seems to be a coin toss. Ha, and we used to think more access to information would make things better...
Never thought I'd see the day someone made ol' Tricky Dick and Dubya look like decent, upstanding citizens of the world.
