Monomad: A Conspiracy

Here are some macro photos taken with my phone camera. That morning, I noticed that the bougainvillea in my garden had some uninvited guests. They were not pollinators but rather little pests of our plants. One was a locust nymph, and the other was a northern grass pyrgomorph. Instead of chasing these pesky little guys away, I let them stay. They were perched at a nice angle, tempting me to take pictures. I tried to distract my wife so she wouldn’t see them. If she caught us, she would label me as part of the pests destroying her beloved plants.

This is another entry I submitted for the daily #monomad challenge.

These photos are my own, taken with POCO X3 NFC smartphone + external macro lens.

Haha, I feel you. I'd probably do the same thing secretly taking pics first before even thinking of moving them
