🌊 Finding balance by the ocean

There’s something magical about being near the sea. The sound of the waves, the fresh air, and the feeling of warm sand beneath your feet have a way of making everything slow down for a moment ☀️
As a nutritionist, I spend a lot of time talking about healthy habits, but one thing that often gets overlooked is the importance of rest. Taking a break, disconnecting from daily stress, and allowing yourself to enjoy simple moments is also part of living a healthy life.
Today was one of those days where I felt grateful for the little things. A beautiful view, a peaceful atmosphere, and the reminder that wellness is not only about what we eat, but also about the experiences that nourish our minds and hearts 💙
Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is pause, breathe deeply, and appreciate where you are right now.
The ocean always seems to remind me of that.
