Baby crab macro photography

Today I had the opportunity to test the Canon R8 with 100 f/2.8 Canon macro lenses during a fun outing with Willary. I actually didn't expect that Alric from Canon would bring the latest Canon cameras and lenses for tryouts during the tun outing season.

The two models came during the fun outing season, but me and @gideongys ended up having fun and spending more time hunting birds and macro with those cameras and lenses.

Since we were having fun at Tanjung Aru Beach, this was one of my macro photo subjects. It was quite challenging to capture those crabs because they were very sensitive to strangers; I guess she was super shy with us. Even though we can get as close as we can with the macro camera lens, I can only take pictures with about a 20 cm range from them. It was super tiny; you can see how tiny it was by comparing it with the sand.

Canon's camera has improved a lot since the last time I used it. It's really light, and the color is very accurate. The lens reaction is quite fast; writing images on SD cards becomes much faster, and even if you have buffering to write the photo inside the camera, you can still use it during buffering. In comparison to other cameras, the menu is much more user-friendly. I recommend it to those who want good photo color but don't have much time to edit in Photoshoop to get this photo.
