Cold Weather, Hot Drinks And Strolling The Town: Simple Friday Bonding Moment With My Daughter Aya.

Friday is the last day of weekdays And we were happy to welcome Saturday. Yehey! Weekend is quality time with my fam.

Yesterday, its raining in the morning, gloomy sky and cold day in the afternoon. It's different again for the past days its sunny days. It's different kind of charm. The streets were quiet and its just good for walking. Aya's full week of school lessons and activities and my workdays of responsibilities. Yesterday is a little bit extra moment with Aya. After lunch I finish my work and Aya's class every Friday she can go home after her lunch at school.

I arrived first at my in-laws apartment and I will have my lunch in there. It's our meeting place at my in-laws house. It's just a 5 minutes walk from Aya's school.

Finally, she arrived. I told her we will go outside and check the things in the second hand shop. We spent our whole afternoon walking in the town. We say goodbye to my inlaws and start to enjoy our simple, cold Friday afternoon.

The air is cold and the sun is hiding from the clouds after the rain. But we still enjoy walking together.

Our first stop in the second hand shop. There are 3 shops in the town. But the first two shops we went to, we didn't like the clothes there. Then, the last shop we checked and we never knew what we would find in the shop.

So we checked and I saw beautiful clothes and denim for Aya. She try to wore it if it fits to her. Yes it is and she is happy of what she have. I really don't like to buy experience things. For clothes I buy if sale and mostly in secondhand. After fitting, she needs to change. It's time to pay.

We continued walking and here I am again. I want to take photo of my girl. And she's in the mood for photos and I grab the opportunity. I don't have plans after the second hand shop.

We continue to walk, and walk, and walk. We will see where our feet lead us.Then, she saw a cafeteria named Vikings. It's my favorite place if I want to drink hot chocolate.

A cozy coffee shop and when we stepped inside there's no customers. It's just us. It was good and we sat near the window so we could see people who's passing by.

The barista came to our table and Aya told the lady that we wanted two hot chocolate drinks. While waiting for our order. I want to take a photo with Aya but then she has too many complaints. Then I say please after is ok. Then she's taking a selfie and I capture the moment that she's not a baby anymore. She's a big girl already and she has things that she likes to do.

Finally, our order arrived and its time to take a sip of my favorite hot chocolate drink. We were e enjoying a peaceful afternoon date with my daughter. No rush, no pressure, just talking and watching people who passed by.

After I pay, we need to go to my in-laws' apartment. My husband came to pick us up. Then we were ready to go home.

Fridays or any other days don't have to be fancy to be meaningful. Our simple walk, buying some stuff at a second hand shop and hot choco drink that we shared with my daughter is the best thing ever. It reminds me that spending quality time with my daughter and family is the most important thing in my life.
