A Day in My Life Blog: We Have Successfully Finished Our Mandatory Training as Requirements from the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Certificate of Completion! Glory to God! 😇🤗🙏

In my blog post for today, I will be sharing another "A Day in My Life Blog" post which shows an event that is very important to our Cooperative and we encourage all our members to participate.

This event is a Mandatory Training from Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and supposed to be intended for the officers and committees of different departments of our Cooperative but we decided to open it with other members.

Many great action we have on this event but I will never forget to express first my thanksgiving to all my supporters. This is my way to appreciate all the support I keep on receiving from the Admins, Curators and all commenters. I will always thank all of you.

Since the start of the year by January, we were told already by the CDA Representative during the inspection that all our officers and committees are needed to join or have a mandatory training as their requirements for us to received a Certificate of Completion so that we can continue to operate.

It is hard for us to join as mostly of the training are held online and our officers and committees can't join it, that is why our Chairperson requested a on-site training and it was approved and to be held at our Barangay Covered Court. The one who will train us is a accredited trainor who work at the Municipal Hall.

On the day of our training, we went to the covered court early so we can prepare the place before our visitors come. So what we did is, we helped each other so we can do it immediately before our Visitor will arrive.

That was around 9:00 in the morning when our Visitors who will train us arrived and so we have immediately start the program by an opening prayer by me and also the Cooperative Pledge, and other were assigned to facilitate the singing of the National Anthem.

After then, the training proper has been started and it was all turn over to our trainor for today in which he will be discussing two important topic to all of us and this are Fundamentals of Cooperative and Cooperative Governance and Management.

Our trainor now getting started by dividing the participants into three groups and they need to discuss as a group of what they have understand about Cooperative and how can it help to the community.

They have now started discussing and I can see that they were participating very well. Each group has been given a time also to report what they have discussed in their group.

After a while, the group activity has finally concluded and the trainor now started discussing the first topic for today. It is expected that the discussion will be long and so he make sure that he can always asked to them.

Although I already have attended this training, I still thank God for I am here as a Secretary for I'll be able learn for what is being discussed by our trainor.

The discussion with some questions and answers potion has been a good idea for our participants to be active all throughout the training and we thank God also for our trainor as they have provided a snacks for all of us, as this is sponsored by the Local Government with the support from our Municipal Mayor.

It took until around 11:50 in the morning when the first topic has finally ended but this is not the ending for today's training as we still last topic to discuss in the afternoon about Governance and Management.

Since it is already about to noon time, we have now a lunchbreak in which again our sponsor is from the Local Government through our Mayor.

They have prepared enough for all of us and we're so very happy for this and we thank God to our Mayor who is very supportive ever since we have a activity or event in our Cooperative.

Just after our lunch, we have set a short break first before we continue our training by around 1:00 in the afternoon, so everyone can relax as we continue with our training.

By around exactly 1:00 in the afternoon, we immediately started the second topic so we can finished it immediately. It is good to know and be reminded about the topic in which it really helps us on how to manage and all about governance to our Cooperative.

It lasts only until around 3:00 in the afternoon and we thank God for it is very successful training and it was then followed immediately by the distributions of Certificates as a proof that we have successfully finished the training.

After all have been given the Certificated, I was now then tasked to pray for the closing prayer before we end and it is now time for us to go home, safe, blessed and happy.
