A Day in My Life Blog: Happy to Attend the 1st Birthday and Child Dedication Ceremony of my Girlfriend's Older Sister's Son, Baby Arlee Kent! A Blessed Celebration Indeed! 🥳🎉😇

It has been a few days since the last blog post that I have shared here in the community as I have been very busy this past few days with some of the events that I have attended.

Just a few days, I have been invited by my Girlfriend's Older Sister as they will be celebrating the first Birthday of her son at the same time, a Child Dedication ceremony will be officiated.

I am glad to be with this celebration as I was aksed to help with the decorations, but before I get started with the sharing, I would like to thank first all of you my friends and supporters here in the community, from the Admins, fellow co-Hivers and all Curators, thank you so much.

Just before the said event, I am already very busy with other events and activities that is why, I didn't mind to help with the preparation as I was a bit tired but the day before the Birthday Celebration and Child Dedication, my Girlfriend's Sister message me personally if I can go to their house and can help.

Without any hesitation, even though I am a bit tired I still went to their house on the day of the celebration so I can help, as it is also my joy to help with what they've prepared even for just a simple way.

It was around 8:30 when I arrived at their house and the decorations was not yet started but the balloon were already prepared, they've already blown all the balloons and so it is easy for me to do the decorations.

They've shared to me a sample decorations that they want, but they said to me that it doesn't really the same as what we can see in the sample picture, and I thank God for I have an idea of what to do.

It took me more than an hour just to finished the decorations with the help of one of the young people who always helps in every occasions like this. The parents of my Mother now then have come to have a picture taking with the decorations, and of course with the Birthday Baby Boy, Arlee Kent.

The Child Dedication ceremony was set to start by 10:00 in the morning, and so we first went to the Church in which the Pastor who will be officiating the program is waiting.

The program for the Child Dedication took only for around 30 minutes, and just after the program a picture taking had happened with the Parents and all the Godparents of the Baby Boy.

All have then went to the house of my Girlfriend's Sister where the Birthday Celebration will be happening. Thank God for I finished the decorations just on time and as they finally arrived, they've then arrange all the Foods prepared.

The parents of the Baby Celebrant had prepared a lot knowing that all will come even the neighborhoods, and many Kids were also here. The highlight of the foods prepared is the Lechon Baboy, the all the favorite Filipino Delicacy.

The picture taking session was now then getting started and I am the one who is taking pictures. It started by the parents and then followed by Godparents and everyone who wants to joined.

Finally, the much awaited part will be the next as the time is already around 12:00 noon and everyone of us were already hungry at the moment. The Lechon Baboy was now then get to be chopped.

The Kids was now then fall in line so they can have their foods first. And then everyone had get the foods so we can eat together. Thankfully everyone were very full after, and the celebration went very well.

After then, it is now time for me to go home around 1:30 in the afternoon as I have other event to attend by 3:00 in the afternoon and I thank God for I am safe and sound when I go back home.
