A Day in My Life Blog: Cooking Tortang Talong for Breakfast and then Sending My Nephew at School in which a Strong Rain Happened in the Afternoon! 😇🤗🙏

In my recent blog post, I have shared here the happenings during the first day of class of my Nephew, our Baby King2x which is very memorable for him and we thank God for that.

It is indeed very memorable as he officially starts a nee journey of his life as a student and a person because it is the start of his learning and gaining more experience that he can used in the future.

What I am about to share in today's blog post is just a short blog post showing a day of my Nephew at the School and also some cooking moments with me.

Now, I am happy to share all of this with all of you here in the platform and in the community. But moreover, I will always give thanks first to all my supporters for never stops supporting me. From the Admins, Curators and Commenters, thank you so much.

Let me start this day by sharing and giving thanks to God for waking me up early everyday so together with my Mother, we can help eac other to cooked and prepare so my Nephew can go to School early.

Knowing that both of my Nephews Mama and Papa were still not here as they're still working abroad. I and my Mama are now the one who took good care of him everyday and in going to School.

That was around 5:00 in the morning when we woke up in the morning and my Mama immediately starts preparing our foods for breakfast while, me is still in my room with my Nephew.

After a while, I have decided to help my Mama and while she is cooking the rice, I am now in charge to cooked the viand which is Tortang Talong or Fried Eggplant with Egg.

I just prepared all the ingredients for this viand and as you can see, their is Eggplant which I boiled it so I can pill it's skin and for it to be easy to cooked. Then I added Egg on it before I fry it with oil.

Now that finished cooking the foods, I now then immediately go to my Nephew awake him so he can now take a bath and prepare himself. After he has finished his bath, we have now take our breakfast and even though my Nephew doesn't like the food, he even tried it even a bit but aside from that he has other food to eat and also a Milk to drink.

That was around 7:00 in the morning when we finished and it is also time for my Nephew to go to the School as the class will start by around 7:30 in the morning.

As we arrived at the School, many Students were already inside the classroom as the Teacher arrived very early too. Only few minutes left before the class will start.

They doesn't have a flag raising ceremony today because, it happened only every Monday. So they didn't need to fall in line in front of the Flag Pole but instead, they will stay in the classroom until the class started.

Now that they're Grade 1, all parents and guardians are not allowed to stay with them that is why, after I sent my Nephew at their classroom, I just stayed for a while and then I went back homr after as the class will start very soon.

In the afternoon, the class starts at 1:00 in the afternoon and I just sent him in their classroom and then after that I went back home so they can focus on the lessons.

The class doesn't have exact time to end but as what I've observed sometimes the class will end by 3:30 in the afternoon based on the tasks that has been given to them. If they can finished it early, they can go home early but if they don't finished it early, they can't go home early too.

What happened in the afternoon, a strong rain happened and so I have went at the School around 3:00 in the afternoon to wait for him. Thank God I have two umbrella to use and so I give the one to my Nephew and we went back home safe and sound.
