A Day in My Life Blog: This Month's VRAM Monthly Meeting was held in our Church and thank God for all the Provisions! 😇🙏🙌

After all the challenging and exciting events I've attended this past few days like the Trauma Healing Seminar and just recently a Tree Planting Activity, I am now back attending with other events for our organization.

We have done again another Monthly Meeting of our organization the VRAM in which all of us are Pastors. This time it was held in our Church as we were the host for the meeting this month.

We thank God for this opportunity to serve all the Pastors with all the preparations. I am about to share some of the happenings here but let me thank first and give appreciation to all my supporters from the Admins, Curators and all my fellow Hivers.

Unlike before, our monthly meeting was change in date as agreed by all of us during the monthly meeting last month. We've all agreed to change the meeting from third Monday to third Tuesday.

We've all agreed about this since we have other important to do if it is scheduled to happen on every Monday, and many can't join the meeting due to conflict of schedules.

Since this month the meeting was held in our Church, I have also find ways to help the preparation just like to bring some foods to be shared by everyone.

It was around 9:30 in the morning when I arrived at our Church and many some of the Pastors have already arrived by my Senior Pastor was not yet here. I have then prepared the sound system ans other important things to do.

After a while, it was around 10:00 in the morning when my Senior Pastor and other Pastors have finally arrived and it is now time for the first part of the program to be started. It started with an opening prayer then a Praise and Worship is which I am the one who led it.

After then the meeting proper was now begins by the reading of the previous minutes by our Secretary. She reported to us what we have discussed and agreed last meeting so we have a basis of what to continue in discussion today.

Our Chairman was now then call to order our meeting. Everything was now given to him as he is our head and everything will be under his decision.

He shared to us the agendas that we need to tackle with just like our Municipal Coordinator Report and most especially our Thanksgiving Party by December in which it is very near as we will only have a month to go.

Each Municipal Coordinator was now the called to share a report and one of those who report was me in which this month we don't have any schedules give by the DSWD but still thankful to God for we still very productive this past few months.

Our former Chairman who continously supports us were also here in which he was also given a chance to share his thoughts and insight about the updates of our organization as will as the coming Thanksgiving.

We have now agreed and finalized the date and venue of our coming Thanksgiving this coming December in which I was also tasked to handle the contributions to be used by that day.

After all, around 11:50 in the morning our monthly meeting have finally concluded and our Chairman call to dismiss and was approved by all of us, and it is on time for our lunch time.

Now that it is time for lunch, we then prayed for all the foods that being prepared. We thank God for the lives of all our sponsors most especially to our Senior Pastors who prepared a lot as will as to all our Church Members who take part in this preparation.

We thank God for all the foods that has been prepared which are a lot and too much for us who were present. After then, all of us were very full after. In the afternoon we don't have any meeting to do that is why we then went home after.
