The busy week
Well, i guess there's enough Easter post out there, which i am NOT gonna cover today. The traffic is insane, so as the weather. We had a serious road closure due to the Chinese president visits, so as the crazy weather that heavy downpour causes half the city submerged in flood and the other half so hot until EV self combusted.
The weather forecast at my area has been declaring emergency for 3 straight days, sternly warning citizens to be cautious with thunderstorm in our state, so far i haven't even seen a drop. May be it did, like 5 minutes heavy rain between my nap.
I didn't take the above photo, it was from the daughter whom came back from her outing with her friends, she told me she's at the Metro and I'm supposed to pick her up.
Whilst all that happened, I'm stuck in yet another horrendous traffic, to have mt estimated time of arrival of 30 minutes despite I'm only 4km away.
By 7:30pm when we're supposed to be at the Metro, and saw the sky suddenly lite up firery red, so i pass the phone to my son and he helped to take some photos of the sky whilst I'm driving.
What comment can I make here?
Kids will always need our help?
They grow up too fast?
Paradise has been paved and idiots have put up a parking lot called an expressway?
I'm not sure which comment is best, but if it makes you feel better, I identify with you.
We will get our shit weather starting in a month or two and extending into September or October. Meanwhile I should be thankful for cool fresh air and sunshine in Seoul while it lasts.

You get warnings about thuderstorm? because of heavy rain or because loud noises scare Malaysians? haha
Our weather forecast system is probably one of the best. If you remember the well known tsunami, we got the warning after the flood splashes in 🤣
The thunderstorm warning was at the TV, the internet, all over the place since Friday. It didn't happen, so they reiterate it's gonna be on Saturday. We had our Easter Virgil in raining sweat in our shirt 😅
good thing is some girl wear white, I am almost forgot why I attend mass in the first placeAnd then once again on Sunday, warning 4 states might be sinking into flood. I saw there's not a drop of rain, so I sent the car for car wash and guess what, it did rain for 5 minutes, just to make enough dirt to stick on my newly washed car.
I guess they just do it for the sake of, keep announcing the same thunderstorm warning, it will happen one of these days 🤣 oh yesterday Easter also issued the same warning for today. I even did a huge load of laundry this morning and my wife let them out all dry 😆
P/s: my country counted thunderstoem as in heavy rain that may caused serious flood

As a parent our duties and responsibilities to our children includes picking up them in school, sometimes good weather and sometimes bad weather. For me i would love to always pick or send them to wherever they go or come from because I wanna make sure they are safe and sound.When there is a weather update then just follow the instruction and be cautious. Have a nice and be safe.
Thank you very much on reminding. And yes I agree. It's our privilege to send kids and fetch kids. I feel exactly the same, not only towards safety, but more of a bonding time.
