Hola amigos emprendedores, encantada de visitarlos.

Tengo mucho que compartir con este tema, el oficio que elegí aprender y ejercer tiene mucha competencia. Pero, como les explico en el título de este post, en vez de vivir compitiendo es mejor vivir absorbiendo y nutriendo conocimientos. Es una buena estrategia que te permite disfrutar de lo que haces.

Soy manicurista, es una profesión bastante amplia por lo que algunos lo titulan "el mundo de las uñas". Siempre hay nuevas técnicas, esmaltes, diseños entre tantos detalles que existen para embellecer tus uñas.

Y la competencia es algo inevitable, y eso es bueno, que cada día haya más y más personas interesadas en aprender y crecer.

Siempre pienso que a "todos" nos va bien, siempre se hace algo y si somos buenos en lo que hacemos tendremos nuestros propios clientes.

Por eso trato de generar un buen ambiente en mi trabajo. Ayudó a mi compañera que la tengo bastante cerca porque trabajamos juntas en un mismo local. A tendemos bien a los clientes, sean mios o de ella, le ofrecemos una buena atención.

I have a lot to share on this topic, the profession I chose to learn and practice has a lot of competition. But, as I explain in the title of this post, instead of living competing, it is better to live absorbing and nurturing knowledge. It is a good strategy that allows you to enjoy what you do.

I am a manicurist, it is quite a broad profession, which is why some call it "the world of nails". There are always new techniques, polishes, designs and so many details that exist to beautify your nails.

And competition is inevitable, and that's a good thing, that every day there are more and more people interested in learning and growing.

I always think that "everyone" is doing well, something is always being done and if we are good at what we do we will have our own clients.

That's why I try to create a good atmosphere in my work. I help my colleague who is close to me because we work together in the same shop. We take good care of the customers, whether they are mine or hers, and we offer them good service.

En conocimiento mi compañera me supera y la admiro por eso, porque a pesar de ser más joven a vencido los obstáculos como que si no existieran, por lo menos yo pienso eso, de repente los ha tenido y no ha sido fácil, pero los está superando.

Observo mucho su trabajo, y su forma de trabajar, y es como estar en cursos de capacitación todos los días 😍 ella comparte sus conocimientos sin ningún miedo y no tiene porque tenerlos porque es muy buena en su trabajo.

In knowledge my partner surpasses me and I admire her for that, because despite being younger she has overcome obstacles as if they didn't exist, at least I think so, suddenly she has had them and it hasn't been easy, but she is overcoming them.

I watch her work a lot, and the way she works, and it's like being in training courses every day 😍 she shares her knowledge without any fear and she doesn't have to be afraid because she is very good at her job.

Yo soy mayor que ella en edad y experiencias así que eso ha creado el equilibrio ideal para trabajar juntas y apoyarnos mutuamente.

Hay que tener presente que estás relaciones laborales pueden ser buenas siempre y cuando mantengamos los principios que los complementan, la ética y la madurez profesional con que resolvemos los inconvenientes. Esos son principios que te definen en cualquier emprendimiento y trabajo que realices.

Otra cosa que es bueno entender es que cada quien tiene derecho de independencia. No podemos hacernos la ilusión de que esa persona va a durar todo el tiempo contigo a tu lado. Y tenemos que sentirnos felices de ver el progreso de cada quien.

Por ejemplo yo quisiera algún día también tener mi propio salón, es una de mis metas aunque hay muchos en la zona donde vivo, uno más no hace la diferencia. Tú, eres la diferencia, único y original 😍😘 habrá una cartelera de personas que se sientan identificado contigo y te prefieran ❤️
