Garden Update: Full of New Rose Blooms

I am so happy to be back with another update about my roses. Nature is always changing and moving.
Last week, I shared my garden with you, and things look even better today. My rose bushes are very busy right now. They have bloomed even more than before. It makes me smile every time I step outside to look at them. 😍
Let’s talk about the big pink rose first.
Last week, I showed you a pink rose that only had a few petals left. It looked a bit sad. But today is different. I have a fully bloomed pink rose to show you. This flower is quite large and very soft. The color is a lovely, pale pink that looks so elegant.

However, these big pink roses are very delicate. Once they bloom all the way, they do not last very long. If you look closely at the photos, you can see some brown and dry edges on the petals. This is a sign that the flower is getting old. By tomorrow, the petals will start to fall off one by one. Even though they fade fast, they are beautiful while they stay. The best part is that I can see many small, green buds growing near the old flowers. This means more pink roses are coming soon. The buds starting to open are so pretty as well.
The beauty of new buds. The most exciting part of the garden right now is the new growth. I found a perfect little bud that is just starting to open. It is a bright peach and orange color. It is shaped like a tiny egg, and the green leaves are wrapped tightly around it. It looks like it is hiding a secret and slowly unwrapping the treasure. 😁 These are the tiny buds of the pink roses.

My red and bright pink roses are also doing very well. These flowers are smaller than the big pink ones, but they are very tough. They stay fresh and pretty for a much longer time. I love watching how their colors change as the days go by.

When they first open, they are a very deep, dark red. As the sun shines on them, the color shifts. They start to look more like purple or a very dark pink. In one of my photos, you can see two flowers growing on just one stem. They look like best friends standing together. Eventually, these roses will wither too. Their petals do not just fall off, instead, they curl up and starts to fall off.

The leaves on my rose plants are very green and shiny right now. They provide a nice background for the bright red and pink colors of the flowers. Some of the leaves have little jagged edges, and they feel a bit thick between my fingers. Seeing the mix of old flowers, fresh blooms, and new buds makes my garden feel alive.

Thank you for following along with my rose update. I love sharing these simple moments of beauty with all of you. Every day brings a new flower to admire.

Your roses are absolutely gorgeous. I really loved how you described that tiny peach bud as hiding a secret-that's such a beautiful way to look at nature. The deep red ones look so vibrant against those shiny green leaves too. I spend a lot of time in my own fruit garden, but roses always seem a bit tricky to manage. Do you use any special fertilizer for them to get so many blooms?
Thank you 🥰
Well, we only use organic fertilizer. But almost every day is the rice water. We put the roses on the porch so they'll get enough sun every day. ☺️

Ah, rice water. That is actually such a brilliant and simple trick. I've heard it works wonders for plants but never thought to use it for roses. Placing them on the porch for that daily sunshine clearly makes a huge difference too. Thanks for sharing your secret.❤️❤️
This post does something rare, makes me feel the passage of time in something small. Seeing those roses bloom, then fade, than most nature updates. It’s not just the beauty, it’s the quiet reminder that life is fleeting, even in petals. The peach bud feels like the best part though, like a secret waiting to unfold.
Loved reading how they change color and bloom so beautiful. Rice water is such a clever simple trick, definitely gonna try that too.. 😍
Beautiful flowers 🌺
I love flowers too. When the summer time is quite long,,our flowers looks so sad that their leaves turns to wither and fell to the ground one by one. But when the rain came, they are suddenly come back to a new life with a new fresh look once again. That is why I thank God for the blessing of rain to shower the flowers, the trees and everything below heaven.
That's true.
Nature is truly amazing 🤩
