Picking Strandzha tea
This day in June I picked from the unique Strandzha tea that grows in our garden.
It is extremely aromatic and tasty, and its useful properties are many: it raises the tone, strengthens immunity, has a strong anti-inflammatory effect.

The plant is familiar to me but the name. Uhh when the brain is pounding.
Then I research, A plant that grows endemically in our Balkans and each area has its own name for it Greek mountain tea (Sideritis), Sharp Mountain Tea, Kačani Tea or Ljuboten Tea. Ironweed or Iron Grass
Excellent tea.
