My garden diary : time for lilies and daylilies

Hi, my dear Hive Gardners!

The next stage of flowering has begun in my garden. The roses are already blooming. But their flowering can be continued if wilted buds are cut off. However, I think that this should be done at least for aesthetic reasons.

But as I said now in my garden, the next stage is the time for lilies and daylilies. One of the first to bloom was my favorite apricot lily and orange daylilies. The rest of the flowers are still in bud, but the start of their flowering is only a matter of a few days.

I have already spoken many times about my attitude towards lilies and daylilies in the garden. This is a great option for those who don't want to worry about planting flowers every year. Of course, if we are talking about lilies, then the winter in your area should be warm enough so that the bulbs do not freeze. Or they need to be warmed up.

As for daylilies, they are just perfect for lazy gardeners (as I call it). Once rooted, they will take on a life of their own, filling your garden with beautiful flowers year after year.

I am totally in love with your garden, what beautiful flowers, the rose bush that I pruned recently have already started to give flowers, one lost its petals, and I did not know that it was necessary to remove or cut the withered buds, thank you for this information, a pleasure to read you and see your beautiful photographs.
