🌿My Rooftop & Home Garden Journey | Fruits, Flowers & Joy 🌸🍊
Hello @Hive Garden community friends.💚
Gardening is one of my biggest hobbies. Little by little, with a lot of care, I am planting new plants in my garden to make it bigger. I am very attentive when it comes to plants. Gardening is something very dear to me, and I enjoy working in my garden very much. Today I want to share with you what new plants I have planted.
🌱On my rooftop garden, I have planted some fruit trees. For planting fruit trees, I bought some drums, cut them in half, and planted the trees inside. Here, I have planted hog plum trees, pomegranate trees, dragon fruit, lemon trees, and orange trees. And in the soil downstairs at my house, I have planted some aurora flower plants. I have three types of aurora flowers.
💐First, let me show the beauty of the aurora flowers. I love their colors so much. I have white, pink, and yellow varieties. These flowers bloom all year round, and they have greatly enhanced the beauty of my garden. Among them, I love the pink flowers the most. Sometimes, I even take pictures standing in front of this plant.
My hog plum tree has blossomed a lot of flowers, and around 60–70 fruits have already set. This is the first time the tree has borne fruit after planting, and it makes me very happy. I never imagined such a small tree could bear so many hog plums. I am taking very good care of it.
🍋I planted the dragon fruit plant six months ago. Actually, I didn’t plant a tree—I bought a dragon fruit from the market, and I sowed its seeds. From the seeds, a few seedlings sprouted, and I nurtured one carefully. After six months, it produced a flower, and then I transplanted it into a pot. Now, I can see one fruit, which will ripen in a few days. Eating fruit from your own garden has a unique joy. Sometimes, I pick fruits from the rooftop garden and eat them, which makes me very happy.
Yesterday, I ate a pomegranate from my own tree—it was so sweet and delicious. There are many more pomegranates growing on the tree.
I planted two types of orange trees: one that bears small oranges and another that bears large ones. They fruit once a year. They look beautiful, but I have to wait a whole year for the fruits. I also planted some lemon trees. Since I often enjoy lemons, having my own lemon trees feels wonderful. Gardening has now become part of my life, and I find joy in it. I was really excited to share the photos of my garden with you all. Because of my college exams, I couldn’t share them earlier, nor could I properly take care of the garden.
Plants are very important for us and for our Earth. Please plant more trees—it will increase natural beauty and create a wonderful space that keeps your mind fresh. Spending time in such a place will never make you feel tired. Trees keep both your body and mind fresh. I often study while sitting in my garden, and sometimes I spend time there just thinking and reflecting on myself. For me, the rooftop garden is a very special place.
I am also planning to plant some vegetables so that I can cook and eat fresh, chemical-free vegetables. Since winter is coming, I have already planted some bean plants. During winter, vegetables are always abundant. At my village home, I also have some vegetable gardens, which I will share with you later. That’s all for today. Thank you, everyone.🥰👐

I always love it when a tree actually grows from the leftovers of eating a fruit. I know it's meant for that, but these days, there's so many hybrids, that getting a working seed out of a fruit is awesome. Congratulations, that garden looks wonderful!
