Hello all hope you are doing well this is my first post in this community about"Happiness is by choice,not by chance is the statement followed by a heart-warming truth that happiness is not only likely to be the by-product of external situation or random events." Then, personal choices including our functioning patterns contribute to our everyday conditions strongly.

Our planet is sometimes a tricky place, with many unexpected issues. Therefore, it's not surprising when people rely on the belief that happiness comes to them, rather than them making an effort to get it. Nevertheless, Rohn in his effort to introduce us to ourselves suggests that personal thus making happiness an attainable achievement where we take the initiative of what we want to pursue in our lives.

Choosing happiness is embracing a mindset of gratitude, resilience, and staying optimistic but simultaneously bears true from within and from the souls. Indeed, that is the harder part. It involves self-care, positive social connection and involvement in purposeful activities that give us a sense of purpose, happiness, and engagement.

While the outside world may obviously be a source of that happiness, yet our way of dealing with circumstances from our side will determine the level of our feeling happy. Because the forces of self-determination can lead to fulfillment and significance being developed along the way, we have the ability to allow ourselves to appreciate contentment and purpose.
