Hola a todos, como pudieron ver en mis publicaciones anteriores, cuando comence con la construccion del garage, o sea las bases, las columnas, se soldo todo la parte del hierrom lue se coloco las chapas o sea el techo, alfinal la colocacion de las canaletas para el desague y ahora este encadenado o viga inferior, es para dividir lo que seria el garage y mi futuro taller, para soldar, arreglar y fabricar de todo un poco, mas que nada amigos es para no dejar de hacer nada y de esa manera me mantengo activo.

Activo en el buen sentido de la palabra, porque llegamos a una edad, en donde si dejamos de efectuar cosas, como las caminatas, los ejercicios, trabajos varios, arreglar y mantener hermoso el jardin, cortando el cesped, todo eso ayuda a bien, bueno comensando referente al encadenado, lo primero es medir bien, cavar los pilotines, armar el hierro, colocar los tableros de los costado para darle la forma y lo que ven de color naranja, es el caño currugado para pasar los cables de electricidad.

Entonces amigos manos a la obra, comensando por preparar la maquina mescladora de hormigon, en donde agrego la piedra, la harena, el cemento y el agua adecuada, para que el paston no salga muy blando.

Estando todo lo antes mencionado dentro de dicha maquina, la cual no deja de andar y mesclar muy bien todo, hasta que concidero que dicha mescla se puede agregar dentro de lo que es la viga inferior o encadenado.

Para tal trabajo voy volcando muy despacio dicho hormigon dentro de un balde o en su defecto en el piso, lo cual se me hace mas facil para luego colocar dentro del encadenado, previo mojar bien todo.

Como bien les comento amigos, luego con la pala la cual utilizo para dicho fin, voy agregando todo muy bien, para luego con la cuchara de albañil ir prolijando para que quede bien a nivel.

Es muy importante el tema del novel, dado que para a futuro levantar muy bien la pared y para que la misma quede bien prolija, de esa manera cuando efectuamos la terminacion o sea el reboque el cual tiene que quedar bien parejo y prolijo.

Hello everyone, as you may have seen in my previous posts, when I started building the garage—the foundations, the columns—all the ironwork was welded, then the metal sheets were installed for the roof, and finally the gutters for drainage. Now this tie beam, or bottom beam, is to divide the garage from my future workshop, where I’ll weld, repair, and fabricate just about anything. More than anything, friends, it’s so I never stop doing things and stay active.

Active in the good sense of the word, because we reach an age where if we stop doing things—like taking walks, exercising, doing various chores, and keeping the garden beautiful by mowing the lawn—it all helps. Well, starting with the bond beam, the first step is to measure carefully, dig the footings, assemble the rebar, and install the side formwork to give it shape. And what you see in orange is the corrugated conduit for running electrical cables.

So, friends, let’s get to work, starting by preparing the concrete mixer, where I add the gravel, sand, cement, and the right amount of water so that the mix doesn’t come out too soft.

With everything mentioned above inside that machine, which never stops running and mixes everything very well, until I consider that the mixture can be added to the bottom beam or bond beam.

For this task, I very slowly pour the concrete into a bucket or, if necessary, onto the floor, which makes it easier for me to then place it into the bond beam, after first thoroughly wetting everything.

As I mentioned, friends, I then use the shovel I have for that purpose to add everything in nicely, and then with the trowel I smooth it out to make sure it’s perfectly level.

The topic of leveling is very important, since it ensures that the wall is built perfectly straight and neat, so that when we apply the finish—that is, the plaster—it will be perfectly even and tidy.
