Hola a todos, para aquellos que es de su agrado la construccion, les digo amigos que la divicion de donde fuera el local de peluqueria de mi nuera, la esposa de mi hijo, donde dicidieron construir dos departamentos, o sea dividir el local de peluqueria en dos, bueno como les vengo mostrando en las publicaciones, dicha construccion ya esta llegando a su final, porque la verdad me falta tan poco, lo primero es terminar uno lado para alquilarlo y asi seguir con el otro departamento restante, seria para una sola persona o en defecto un matrimonio sin hijo, lo que pasa que serca de donde se esta construyendo se encuentran varias universidades y entonces es ideal para estudiante.

Como bien sabe mi hijo @jhelbich, que me doy maña para todo, entonces puse manos a la obra jajaja, la primera fotografia es la pared de la parte de adelante y esta pared es de la parte en donde se construiria el baño, ducha y cocina, para mi en lo personal es de mi agrado construir con espacios reducidos, es comodo y mas facil de llenarlo con los muebles y tambien para limpiarlo jajaja.

Como bien les comente amigos que esto se trata de la parte de atras, bueno en donde seria uno de los baños, ya le coloque una ventana, los detalles de reboque y lo que seria la instalacion de electricidad y del agua, seria a medida que voy terminando las paredes.

Par lo que seria los asesorios del baño y de la cocina, seria con muebles a medida, por eso como les comente los espacios reducidos son ideales para un departamento de esta caracteristica.

As I told you friends that this is about the back part, well where one of the bathrooms would be, I already put a window, the details of the rebound and what would be the installation of electricity and water, will be as I'm finishing the walls.

For what would be the bathroom and kitchen, it would be with custom furniture, so as I said the small spaces are ideal for an apartment of this nature.
