Kananaskis Country Alberta
Much of Canada is wilderness, the great outdoors. I think even the smallest provinces here have a really large variety of landscapes, and Alberta, being quite large, is no exception. The southwestern edge where the Rockies start is where Kananaskis country is; it also has a reasonable level of accessibility. Even if you want to get away from people, there are some decent roads that will get you there. I also see so many scenes out here that I wish I could capture them all, but one thing I've learned is that it's better to take your time and consider everything in the frame, relax, and take some deep breaths. Smell the air, listen to the sounds, and at that point you will become settled enough to capture something magnificent.
