The story behind these photos begins with me arriving from the street (my camera slung around my neck, obviously) and deciding to go in through the front door that leads to my mother's garden. Once inside, I found myself in a concrete area with a table and chairs in the center, all made of wrought iron to withstand the elements. There were also the old bicycles of two gardeners who come every two weeks to do some maintenance on the plants at my mother's house. And, wow, seeing it all bathed in the mid-morning sun, I couldn't help but notice the multitude of shadows and shapes; which immediately made the word "ABSTRACT" pop into my head, and I started taking photos from a bunch of different angles. All this while one of the gardeners, perched on a ladder, kept looking at me and laughing... And that's how I got these photos to share with you here on #Hive today! 😃👍

La historia de estas fotografías comienza conmigo llegando de la calle (con mi cámara colgada al cuello, obviamente) y decidiéndome a entrar por la puerta frontal que da al jardín de mi madre. Allí, una vez estuve dentro, me encontré en un área con piso de concreto en cuyo centro hay una mesa acompañas de sillas, todo hecho en hierro forjado para resistir la intemperie. También estaban allí las viejas bicicletas de dos jardineros quienes quincenalmente vienen a hacer algo de mantenimiento a las plantas en casa de mi madre. Y, caray, ciertamente a ver todo aquello bañado por el sol de media mañana, no pude pasar por alto la gran cantidad de sombras y formas allí; lo cual de inmediato hizo llegar a mi cabeza la palabra "ABSTRACTO" y comencé a hacer fotos desde un montón de ángulos diferentes. Todo esto mientras uno de los jardineros subido a una escalera, no paraba de mirarme y reírse... ¡Y así fue como obtuve estas fotos para compartir con ustedes aquí en #Hive hoy! 😃👍

They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape v3.7}
