Speaking about photography:

Using the tools that we have at our hand to practice photography should be normal.

Refraining from not having a "professional" camera, I don't think it's correct. Can you imagine that one of the great painters of yesteryear said that because his brushes weren't first class they were unable to do what they loved?

Usar las herramientas que tengamos a nuestra mano para la práctica de la fotografía debería ser algo normal.

Abstenerse por no tener una cámara fotográfica "profesional" no creo que sea correcto ¿Te imaginas que alguno de los grandes pintores de antaño decir que por qué sus pinceles no eran de primera se veían imposibilitados a hacer lo que amaban ?

So why shouldn't we take advantage of what we have on hand to be able to leave a graphic memory of a visit?

If we think about it a bit, the largest existing photographic record is the one we are currently creating with our devices, the old one was the family album...

Nothing more beautiful than leaving testimony of what has been lived even if we believe that the images would not have much connotation.

¿Entonces porqué no deberíamos aprovechar lo que tenemos a mano para poder dejar un recuerdo gráfico de una visita ?

Si nos ponemos a pensar un poco , el mayor registro fotográfico existente es el que estamos creando en estos momentos con nuestros dispositivos ,el antiguo era el álbum familiar...

Nada más hermoso que dejar testimonio de lo vivido incluso si creemos que las imágenes no tendrían mucha connotación.

Two days ago on a small outing to the coast I did not have my camera with me, this time I settled for enjoying the water, the company and of course, as usual, I took some photos with my cell phone to leave a memory of the visit.

The place is called "La puntilla" is in the town of Santa Fé in the beach municipality, here in Havana Cuba.
The passage of time is unstoppable, what at the time was a beach, has become a coast, the walls almost disappear, the bridges have collapsed, one of them was rebuilt by residents of the vicinity to continue transiting.

Hace dos días en una pequeña salida a la costa no tenía mi cámara conmigo, esta vez me conformé con disfrutar el agua, la compañía y por supuesto como acostumbro , realicé algunas fotos con el teléfono celular para dejar un recuerdo de la visita.

El lugar se llama "La puntilla" está en la localidad de Santa Fé del municipio playa,aquí en la Habana Cuba.
El paso del tiempo es imparable, lo que en su momento era una playa , se ha convertido en costa , los muros casi desaparecen, los puentes están derrumbados , uno de ellos fué reconstruido por habitantes de las cercanías para poder seguir transitando.

I do believe that this type of thing is worth photographing.
