Met the lizard doing lizard things

Good evening, everyone, this is my first post on this community, I pay lots of attention to creations because I learn a whole lot from them but sometimes I don't really take pictures, but on this occasion I decided to get some nice shots of the lizard.

This lizard belongs to the pet lizard family and it's so instinctive, at some point I started wondering how this animal is able to communicate with each other.

While I was just sitting, I bought roasted corn and African pear, as I was eating the corn little of it fell on the floor, after few minutes I saw a big lizard rush to the spot under my legs to puck some pieces of the corn. Just not up to 3 minutes, the lizard I captured came to pick some pieces as well, they were little pieces of corn that are almost invisible, but how this lizard got to see and know that something like that was there was the amazing aspect of the whole thing.

This lizard lacked boldness, it was a little bit scared, and it kept coming and going out but one thing stood out, it didn't give up till it picked up the piece of corn then it ran away and I didn't see it again.

A closer look at the lizard I noticed that it was not really running fast like others, it had wounded itself or someone had injured it, but it still came out to look for food.

The lizard was patient to a time when it felt I wasn't paying attention and it quickly grabbed it food.
It became motionless for some time, which helped to distract me while it quickly got what it wanted.

I also noticed that it was highly alert, just a slight move of my foot, it quickly ran away, it didn't allow anything to distract it at that moment.

I didn't get lots of pictures but the few minutes I viewed this little creature, I learned a whole lot.
