Hoy quiero hablarles de la vocación desde un punto de vista personal, espero conocer sus opiniones.
Hello dear readers! This was my first week at the university after years, and I have to tell you that although I am exhausted, my goal of not giving up my dreams or my projects with Hive, is what drives me to keep active this space where I have shared every aspect of my life.
Today I want to talk to you about vocation from a personal point of view, I hope to hear your opinions.
Vocación, talento o lo que sea
Esta semana nos han preguntado una y otra vez en clases ¿Por qué comunicación social?, las respuestas de mis compañeras han sido diversas y sorpresivas, no es para menos, en un mundo como este donde las redes sociales son tan activas, muchos sueñan con ser famosos, otros somos más discretos y aunque queremos el éxito, no nos gusta tanto el tema de ser parte del staff de famosos (aunque si me dan la oportunidad, me adaptaré).
En la vida todos nos dicen que nacemos para algo. No he escuchado de alguien que no tenga un talento, que va desde lo artístico hasta lo más académico, pero hasta qué punto atribuimos la toma de decisiones de lo que queremos hacer o en lo que deseamos desempeñar al destino.
Por mi parte, soy consciente de mis habilidades, talentos y destrezas pero no me limito a pensar que si no alcanzo lo que quiero con ello dejaré de luchar.
Vocation, talent or whatever
This week we have been asked over and over again in class why social communication, the answers from my classmates have been diverse and surprising, no wonder, in a world like this where social networks are so active, many dream of being famous, others are more discreet and although we want success, we do not like so much the issue of being part of the staff of celebrities (although if they give me the opportunity, I will adapt).
In life we are all told that we are born for something. I have not heard of anyone who does not have a talent, ranging from the artistic to the more academic, but to what extent do we attribute the decision making of what we want to do or in what we want to perform to destiny.
For my part, I am aware of my abilities, talents and skills but I do not limit myself to thinking that if I do not achieve what I want with it I will stop struggling.
Alguien decia: “si no estás aquí por vocación, no lo hagas” y pienso que es una frase un poco cierta pero con matices. Si bien la universidad de la vida, nos enseña que todo conlleva un tiempo que somos entes cambiantes y sujetos a un destino que puede estar a favor, pero podemos moldear un poco.
En el amor, nadie ama de un día para otro conlleva tiempo, interacción y afinidad. Lo mismo pasa con nuestras actividades, puedes en un principio no querer estar en un oficio y con el tiempo adaptarte, llegar a amarlo y desarrollar esa vocación de la que todos hablan.
La vida es un periodo incesante de autodescubrimiento, porque limitarnos a lo nacimos y dejar de forjar nuestros propios futuros.
Eso no quiere decir que la vocación no sea necesaria, si lo es, pero se puede construir, con esfuerzo y dedicación. Puedes ser un buen dibujante, escritor, cantante y bailarín, tu educación puede ser empírica y esta bien, pero nada te dice que ese talento no pueda ser desperdiciado, si no se trabaja en mejorar y se pone el alma para lograr lo propuesto.
Someone used to say: "if you are not here by vocation, don't do it" and I think it is a sentence a little true but with nuances. While the university of life teaches us that everything takes time, we are changing entities and subject to a destiny that may be in our favor, but we can shape it a little.
In love, no one loves from one day to the next, it takes time, interaction and affinity. The same thing happens with our activities, you may at first not want to be in a trade and with time adapt, come to love it and develop that vocation that everyone talks about.
Life is an incessant period of self-discovery, why limit ourselves to what we were born and stop forging our own futures.
That is not to say that a vocation is not necessary, it is, but it can be built, with effort and dedication. You can be a good drawer, writer, singer and dancer, your education can be empirical and this good, but nothing tells you that this talent can not be wasted if you do not work on improving and you put your soul to achieve the proposed.
Yo estudio comunicación social, porque me encanta siento que es mi lugar, pero no quiere decir que haya dejado de amar una carrera como Medicina de la que siento dejé mi corazón, y quizás retome en unos años, quien dice que no.
Además, el hecho de que me guste un ámbito no le resta importancia a otro afín o no, quizás mis habilidades me lleven lejos, pero si no confió en ellas y las uso a mi favor, todo el talento quedara en saco roto.
No quiero sonar presumida ni mucho menos, pero quiero dejar ese mensaje que la vocación puede ser innata o adquirida, sin embargo, en ambos casos debemos trabajar por cultivarla, no se habla de forzar algo que no queremos, se trata de no encasillarnos en el “yo no nací para eso”, recuerden que eso es parte del quererse a sí mismo.
I study social communication, because I love it, I feel it is my place, but it does not mean that I have stopped loving a career like Medicine, which I feel I left my heart, and maybe I will take it up again in a few years, who says I will not.
Besides, the fact that I like one field does not detract from the importance of another related or not, maybe my skills will take me far, but if I do not trust them and use them to my advantage, all the talent will be in vain.
I do not want to sound boastful or much less, but I want to leave that message that the vocation can be innate or acquired, however, in both cases we must work to cultivate it, we are not talking about forcing something we do not want, it is not about pigeonholing ourselves in the "I was not born for that", remember that this is part of loving ourselves.

Qué belleza de post 🤗. Al final las cosas se construyen con esfuerzo, disciplina y constancia, claro que hay que tener potencial, pero sin lo anterior no se llega a nada, es un conjunto de todo 🙌. Y yo estoy de acuerdo en que no siempre conseguiremos eso que deseamos o para lo que creemos que hemos nacido. Pero el esfuerzo siempre nos lleva a alcanzar eso que necesitamos y que de alguna manera nos satisface, porque sabemos que lo hacemos bien y que con ello aportamos una pizca que ayude a hacer un mundo mejor en donde vivir.
