Super full blue moon, after a stunning sunset!

Yesterday was the super blue full moon and that evening I went out. First capture the sunset and if there were no clouds, also the moon! But as you can see, clouds clouds clouds!

I tried to make this black and white but it didn't work out better!

Sun spots

But there also were some strange clouds rolling in from of the coast! It almost looked like sea fog! It wasn't going to be a good sunset at all so I just walked around a bit! But when the sun got lower and lower, this phenomenon appeared in the sky! The foggy clouds were covering the whole sun but I still could see it!

And when I looked closely, I saw that there was some spots on the moon! So I grabbed my zoom lens
and shot this picture!

That was so cool to see! I had to bring the brightness and highlights down so it is better visible but I was so happy that I could capture this!

But quickly the clouds become thicker and I went home!
When I was home, after sunset, I saw the clouds were slowly dispersing and from my balcony I still could photograph the full moon!

I used the 70-200 lens and a 2 times converter! So 400 mm in total. And I cropped the images to!

Very happy with this outcome yesterday! And of course it was Wednesday yesterday! So thus was my Wednesday walk!

Always love seeing good moon pics. It was rainy here, and I wasn't able to get any. Well done!
