Small Wonder
Bees are excellent at navigation and are even able to give accurate directions to other bees. They use olfactory, visual, and spatial memory to navigate. The linked article has a great summary of bee navigation abilities, which are actually very complex. I took snapshot of this busy one hovering around a flower one summer day.
