The floating globe changes colour and makes this alley less intimidating. I've posted the blue colour previously, I believe, so I decided to get funky with the yellow. There is also a bit of red in there too, but I just changed the non-yellow parts to black and white.

Heh I was a little surprised to find it because it's not a hang out spot or anything. Maybe they lit it up cause there were some extracurriculars going on.
I think it is art, depending on how you look at it, but it looks like a sun in the middle of a dark street.
It does look like a sun. It makes the alley more cheerful. I thought it looked like a basketball court because I've seen this design on other streets around the world, so I thought maybe the designers borrowed the idea from that.
It's possible... for me it's a sun and it lights up everything!
